DC CURRENT HYDRAULIC POWER PACK

Hydraulic units with DC Motors of 12, 24 or 48V, power range from 0,15kW to 3kW, and integrable with different models of modular blocks that permit the creation of taylor-made circuits as per customer requirements.

They are used in mobile applications such as forklifts, lifting systems, aerial platforms and on-board loading ramps.

AC CURRENT HYDRAULIC POWER PACK

Hydraulic power packs with AC Motors: three-phase and/or single-phase.

We can manufacture units with tank exceeding 100lt of capacity and power rating up to 11kW.

They are tipically used in garage lifting systems, presses and compactors.

ECO-BRUSHLESS HYDRAULIC POWER PACK

Range of power units equipped with the most modern high energy saving systems, brushless and permanent magnet motors with electronic control.

The integrated or on-board electronics allow simple control of the power unit.

REVERSIBLE HYDRAULIC POWER PACK

Range of power packs equipped with group 0 and group 1 reversible pumps which allow the management of the direction of the oil flow in accordance with the direction of rotation of the electric motor.

They allow the creation of the most modern energy recovery systems when lowering the load or power and manage the steering cylinder of electric transport vehicles

TELESCOPIC UNIT POWER PACK

Special power units for applications on telescopic dock levellers equipped with three-phase or single-phase motors.

The HT01 special manifold is designed to be universal and allows to satisfy all the needs of various customers. Suitable for pumps of both rotations.

Oil immersed HYDRAULIC POWER PACK

Special power packs with AC motor completely immersed in the tank which favor compactness and silence; the external dimensions adapt to different customer requests.

Used in parking systems, scissor lifts and elevator systems.

HYDRAULIC ELECTRO-PUMP

Simple electric pumps in which the oil flow is powered by DC motors with powers from 1kW to 3kW. The most recent solutions can use brushless or inverter-controlled motors to adjust the flow rate based on the customer's needs

HYDRAULIC STABILIZED SYSTEM

Hydraulic control unit with DC motor and integrated modular block that allows the power supply and management of different stabilization systems of camping vehicles.
